Cancellations
Cancellations must be made by 6 p.m. on the day prior to arrival. Failing to arrive without a prior cancellation or where the reservation is cancelled after 6 p.m. on the day prior to scheduled arrival will result in you being charged for the first night. If the hotel has incurred any additional expenses resulting from your reservation, you will also be made liable for compensation. Cancellations may be made Monday - Friday: 8 am – 6 pm over the phone at +46 752 40 10 40, by email booking@petithotel.se or online using the login details that you received along with your reservation confirmation. Due to our opening hours cancellations via Call Center must be made before 3 pm weekdays before weekends. Early Departure
If your reservation is for a fixed time period and you decide to depart early, you will be charged the same amount as for late cancellations. Therefore, in addition to your actual stay, you will also be charged for all requested products (including the room) for one additional day.
Complaints
You have the right to cancel your reservation if any aspect of your reservation, as outlined in your reservation confirmation, cannot be provided, and if no replacement arrangement of similar service with little noticeable difference can be made. You will receive a complete refund. However, a deduction will be made for any part of the reservation that you have already utilized.
If an event or transport service included in the reservation is cancelled at short notice, a refund will be made for that service/event only. You are required to notify Petit Hotel of any complaints within 3 days of your arrival. You should report any problems that arise during your stay immediately. They should be reported directly to the hotel. You may not receive a refund after your stay if you neglected to report the problem during the time when you were a guest at the hotel. This is because the hotel must be given an opportunity to rectify your complaint.
